General terms and conditions
In the course of your order, your personal data is sent and stored on our server. We affirm keeping your personal data safe and confidential. Your order is axiomatic allying. As soon as you receive our acknowledgement of order a act of sale is concluded. We accept payment in advance only.

Details about revocation
The following stipulations apply to private individuals only. For business companies, traders, self-employees, public utilities etc. the German Commercial Code is being applied.

Right of withdrawal
Until your order has not been delivered, you may cancel a purchase without giving reasons. To cancel a current order, please send an email (to : shop@manuelmuerte.com) - stating the following valid details: your "Primary Address", your birthday and your registered email address. We will pay back the money, as long as the contract goods have not been posted off.

If your order has already been delivered, you may cancel a purchase, without giving reasons, within 14 days. You may return goods only while they are undamaged, unopened and in original packaging. To cancel a current order which has already been delivered, please send an email (to : shop@manuelmuerte.com) - stating the following valid details: your "Primary Address", your birthday and your registered email address. After that - please return the contract goods. We will pay back the money, except shipping and handling, as soon as we'll receive the returned goods in aforesaid conditions.

The fee for reconsignment has to be paid by yourself. We do not accept shipments with any surcharges. We decline acceptance of any not prepaid shipments. Also we decline acceptance of any returned goods which are damaged, or opened.

Warranty
In case of receiving a damaged component, you may change it for a undamaged new one. In that case please return the damaged goods. The shipping fee has to be paid by yourself. Warranty apply to goods with cognizable defects only.

Goods for the use by magicians and illusionist fall in the category of "selling secrets". We foreclose warranty if you open any packages or you read any specifications concerning a bought legerdemain or gimmick.

Place of performance and place of jurisdiction
Place of performance for all our contractual obligations and place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of the contractual relationship is D-Hamburg, Germany. German law shall apply.
